Thanks for the helpful information. I wonder if you could help me with my question; I would like to teach ESL in Japan, but I would be traveling with my family. What would be the best way to do so? (I’m mostly concerned about obtaining visas for all 3 of us). Thanks for any insight.

So I need to be a native English speaker to become a teacher in Japan?Is there other way to become a teacher in Japan or do I need to get a citizen passport of “native english speaking countries”?
Is there easy way to become a native English speaker, or something regarding that?

You don’t need to have any knowledge of Japanese to teach English in Japan. Of course, it’ll work in your favor if you know even the basic… however, it won’t work against you if you don’t know any since most people who move to Japan to speak English are non-Japanese speakers. It’s worth it to enroll in a language class if you intend to stay there for a long time. Good luck!
